Goal Statement
With a decade of experience in learning and development, my career goals focus on using my expertise to drive impactful training initiatives. Completing my Master of Science in Instructional Systems and Learning Technologies in the Summer of 2024 equipped me to advance in instructional design and technology, and I aim for a leadership position where I can enhance organizational learning cultures.
As a Learning & Development Assistant Manager at Hyundai MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain, I manage comprehensive training programs for hourly and salaried team members. I designed and implemented an innovative onboarding process, worked with subject matter experts to create engaging content, and improved data accuracy in program tracking and reporting. This experience honed my skills in developing effective training materials, conducting needs analyses, and delivering content.
My professional goals revolve around leading impactful learning and development programs that support organizational goals and boost employee performance. I am passionate about using technology and multimedia tools to create engaging training experiences. Collaborating with cross-functional teams is key for me to tailor these programs effectively. I am committed to using data to measure and improve training effectiveness, ensuring we get the best results. I also aim to foster a culture of continuous learning, encouraging everyone to keep growing. With experience in global teams, I want to expand the reach of training programs, ensuring a consistent and valuable learning experience for employees everywhere.
